Architecture Fusion is a time-boxed project engagement, lasting no more than 90 days, which encompasses the following key tasks and deliverables:

• Architecture Alignment
• Governance Alignment
• Architecture Roadmap

An Architecture Fusion Project is designed to assure that all existing and future architectures are coordinated and that architecture is aligned with Lifecycle Governance. Some Fusion engagements also include solution automation.
