Semantech’s solutions are designed to solve problems and have been built to respond to a diverse set of enterprise challenges. The Difference Between Solutions & Services

At Semantech, our focus and primary offerings consist of enterprise solutions. We make a tangible distinction between solutions and services. Solutions in our view, represent pivotal work that results in the successful response to or closure of a specific problem or problems. A service on the other hand, in our view refers to the support of other solutions either in development or already deployed. Those providing the service have no vested interest in anything other than their small piece of a larger solution – they have no motivation in regards to meeting overall expectations or success – only immediate ones. This distinction is important; what we are offering is the key set of strategies, planning and designs that determine the nature of a complex solution. We have a vested interest in seeing that the entire solution; from start to finish succeeds. This is our preferred scope and the vantage point from which we can add maximum value to your enterprise.
